I bought a clutch press(home made )at a shop sale and it works great as my small tire holder, tire changer, add the breaker side of my HF manual changer I can still fix most of my flats. The local guy charged me 20.00 to patch a mower tide and the next day, he charged me to fix the leaking stem on the same tire that had not been out of my truck bed yet. 10 miles up the road the new shop charges me $15.00 and I have been buying tires from him since.Rusty I found some 18 inch tire spoons at HF that work good and were cheap.(some are shiny chrome and some are blasted rough finish with the same part number) I got the chrome ones

IF I still had them. I've got a good idea of just who "borrowed" them, but I doubt if he has ANY idea of where they are now.

Just maybe, the Amish have a better idea? I still have an old IH #8 field cultivator on steel, never an issue!!!
The next closest is the brush hogs with laminated tires.

My Little Genius 2 bottom plow was on rubber when I got it. Tires were rotten, so I found some better tires, and then one of those needed aired up every time I wanted to use it. Then I remembered I also an identical plow, bought for parts, and it was still on the original steel wheels. Those steel wheels are now on the good plow.
